Thank you for choosing our luxury serviced apartments in Islamabad, at Elysium Tower opposite Centaurus Mall, and in Lahore, at Goldcrest Mall, DHA Phase 4. These house rules keep our community quiet, clean and safe for everyone. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the policies below.

Standard check in is from 1:00 PM and check out is by 11:30 AM.
How our hotel calendar works
Booking a date, for example 19 August, means your stay runs from 1:00 PM on 19 August to 11:30 AM on 20 August. Arriving at 2:00 AM on 19 August falls under the previous night and incurs an extra charge.
Noise, parties and music
Parties, loud gatherings and loud music are not allowed. One warning is given. If it is ignored, we may end the stay without a refund and charge the full night.
Smoking and pets
Smoking is permitted. Please use ashtrays and keep windows open where possible. Pets are not allowed at any of our properties.
Registered guests only
Only guests named on the reservation may stay overnight. Visitors must be registered with reception.
Payment, deposit and damages
Full payment is due as per your confirmation. A refundable security deposit may be held, and any damage, missing items or fines are charged or deducted.
Early check in and late check out

Detailed policies
8 POLICIESCheck in and identity
A government issued CNIC or passport is required for every guest at check in. The lead guest must be 18 or older and may be asked to show the card used to book.
Quiet hours and community etiquette
Please respect our neighbours at all times. Keep TVs, calls and music at a residential level, especially at night and early in the morning. Please do not gather in corridors.
Visitors and extra guests
Visitors are welcome at reasonable hours and must be announced to reception. Unregistered overnight stays are not permitted and may lead to the stay being ended and extra charges.
Cleaning and housekeeping
Housekeeping keeps every apartment to hotel standards. Please report spills or damage promptly. Extra cleaning caused by misuse is charged.
Damage, missing items and liability
Guests are responsible for any loss of or damage to furniture, appliances, décor, keys or access cards. Replacement and repair costs will be charged.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at any Sky Heights Residency property. Service animals may be accepted with documentation, so please contact us before booking.
Parking
Free, secure 24/7 parking is available. Please park only in the designated guest areas. Management is not responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles.
Cancellations and non refundable situations
Cancellation terms follow the channel you booked through: direct, Booking.com or Airbnb. A stay ended because of a rule violation, such as a party or loud gathering, is non refundable.
