House Rules for a Peaceful, Luxury Stay
Thank you for choosing our luxury serviced apartments in Islamabad (Elysium Tower, opposite Centaurus) and Lahore (Goldcrest Mall, DHA Phase 4). These house rules keep the community quiet, clean and safe for everyone. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the policies below.
Essential Rules
Check-In / Check-Out Window
Standard check-in starts 1:00 PM. Standard check-out is 11:30 AM.
Hotel Calendar Clarification
Booking a date (e.g., 19 Aug) means your stay runs from 1:00 PM (19 Aug) to 11:30 AM (20 Aug). Arrivals at 2:00 AM on 19 Aug fall under the previous night and incur an extra charge.
Noise, Parties & Music
Parties, loud gatherings, or loud music are not allowed. One warning is given; if ignored, we may evict without refund and charge the full night.
No Indoor Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside apartments and corridors. Use balconies/outdoor areas only. Deep-cleaning fines apply for violations.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Visitors must be registered with reception.
Payment, Deposit & Damages
Full payment per confirmation. A refundable security deposit may be held. Damage/missing items or fines are chargeable/deducted.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Charges
Plan your travel times to avoid supplements. Availability is subject to occupancy.

Detailed Policies
Check-In & Identity
Government-issued CNIC/Passport is required for all guests at check-in. The lead guest must be 18+ and present the card used to book (if requested for verification).
Quiet Hours & Community Etiquette
Respect neighbors at all times. Keep TVs, calls, and music at a residential level—especially nights and early mornings. Corridor loitering is not allowed.
Visitors & Extra Guests
Visitors are welcome in reasonable hours and must be announced to reception. Unregistered overnight stays are not permitted and may result in eviction and charges.
Cleaning & Housekeeping
Housekeeping maintains hotel-grade cleanliness. Please report spills/damages promptly. Extra cleaning due to misuse or smoking indoors is billable.
Damage, Missing Items & Liability
Guests are liable for any loss or damage to furniture, appliances, décor, keys, or access cards. Replacement and service costs will be charged accordingly.
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated for a specific apartment and approved in advance. Service animals may be permitted with documentation.
Parking
Complimentary, secure 24/7 parking is available. Park only in designated guest areas. Management is not responsible for vehicle loss or damage.
Cancellations & No-Refund Situations
Cancellation terms follow your booking channel (Direct, Booking.com, Airbnb). Eviction due to rule violations (e.g., parties, smoking inside) is non-refundable.
